Evolving to Better Align with Customer Needs
When we first launched the screen assembly BASIC, our intention was to give customers a lower priced option for screen repairs. By doing this, it allowed repair stores the ability to offer quality screen replacements in competitive areas.
Although BASIC is a high performing screen assembly, over the last two years of offering the product, we have received feedback that the name has a negative connotation, which swayed customers from feeling confident in it. After recent surveying of customers and diving into what would improve their experience with Mobile Defenders, two recurring topics came up: the clarity and simplicity of our screen lines. Since receiving the survey results, we have been working vigorously to make changes that will improve our customers’ experience with Mobile Defenders.
Our first step was to focus on our screen assembly product offerings. To help improve confidence in the quality previously known as BASIC, we have dropped the BASIC name and are introducing CHOICE. This is not simply a name change, it’s just the beginning of new experience-driven updates to simplify our offerings.
More About the New CHOICE Screen Assembly
Don’t be fooled by the name change; the CHOICE build and performance is currently identical to BASIC, including its premium LCD with economy backlight, and uncoated glass, which results in perfect tempered glass adhesion.
