Mobile Defenders grew from a mobile repair shop and because of that, we understand frustration due to lack of industry standards, low quality, and low value. What came from that was MDChina - a new Mobile Defenders hub in the heart of the Chinese marketplace! As the only American vendor with this type of presence, we are setting the standard for quality parts by overseeing the entire production process. While other stateside suppliers simply order from a variety of Chinese vendors, we are procuring screens to our specs to eliminate defects at the source.

Not only are the parts created to our standards, but hand-tested by our experienced techs to ensure they function correctly before reaching the United States. The new systems put in place when creating MDChina have already stopped two shipments of faulty parts from leaving the hub due to our rigorous quality checks. If our product doesn’t pass spec, the batch will be stopped immediately to make sure they aren’t delivered to your shop.

These quality protocols have also made an immediate impact with our customers. The defect rate for MDBasic screens is less than one percent, leaving rave reviews of the new product line. MDBasic is only the beginning of what Mobile Defenders can accomplish with a hub in the core of technology manufacturing.
