How do we test our parts at Mobile Defenders?

Our parts testing process is a multi-step process that begins with our team in China and ends with the low defect rate and lifetime warranty that Mobile Defenders is known for. Our quality control and purchasing team works closely with vendors and manufacturers overseas to ensure that each part is carefully tested and manufactured well enough to meet our quality standards before it even reaches our warehouse facilities. Once we get them, our receiving team (we have a real wizard!) implements a multi-point test on screens and digitizers for quality and effectiveness before they’re released to stock and shipped out. We are so confident in our quality standards, that we are happy to offer a lifetime warranty on all of our parts against defects!

Which payment options are available?

We accept all major credit card and PayPal options, and are currently offering billing agreements through Behalf. For lightning-fast ordering, you can save any one of these payment options to your account profile on secure servers through Authorize.net and PayPal.

We also offer a complimentary local pickup option at our World Headquarters in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Please allow one hour for order processing. We’d love to meet you!

Does Mobile Defenders offer billing agreements or payment terms?

Where will my order ship from?

Mobile Defenders World Headquarters and warehouse facility is located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Mobile Defenders offers a variety of shipping methods through some of the most reliable carrier methods available. We offer next-day and ground options to anywhere in the continental US, and affordable, flat-rate International shipping to anywhere in the world. Orders placed before your region’s shipping cutoff time will be shipped same-day. Visit our shipping policy page for more information.

Do you offer free shipping options?

Yes! We offer free USPS or Ground shipping on orders over $500, as well as free Overnight shipping on orders over $1500. Visit our shipping policy page for more information.

What if I am within driving distance of your location? Am I able to come pick up my order?

Absolutely! Please allow at least two hours processing time for your order, but we would love to meet you!

Forgot a part! Can I add something to the order I recently placed?

Absolutely! As long as your order status still shows as “processing” you will be able to add parts without paying additional shipping. Just add extra parts to your shopping cart, proceed through check-out like normal, and you will see a checkbox in the Shipping Options menu that says “combine with previous order.” click that option and you’re good to go! Your new order will be added to the last one with no extra shipping cost.

How do I get a refund for an unused or defective part? Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Per our return policy, shipping is always paid by the customer at this time, unless it is a pre-determined shipping error on our part. You can RMA a parts warranty any time for the life of the part, or we’ll be glad to credit you for unused merchandise up to 31 days after purchase. Find a quick and easy RMA how-to guide here!

What if I need a replacement part immediately?

At this time, our system does not allow for cross shipments. The best thing to do if you're in a hurry is to re-order the part immediately, and use the credit you receive toward a future purchase.

Can I send my RMAs and Broken Screen Batches in the same box to your location?

Do it! Please be sure to indicate on the shipping label that your box needs to go to both the Returns and Broken Screens departments.
