Ground Shipping

In order to eliminate split-shipments, all orders ship from our main warehouse located in Kentwood, Michigan. Please see this map to find out when you can expect your FedEx Ground package! (Please note that FedEx Ground packages will not move on weekends. Please call your representative for more information.)

What happens if the shipping carrier loses my package?

First thing’s first, call your representative! We will work with you to locate your order in any way we can. However, please keep in mind that for some carriers, it is easier to track lost packages through the receiver rather than the sender.

My tracking number shows “delivered”, but I don’t have the order. What can be done?

In this instance, please contact the shipping carrier to file a lost package claim. As the sender of the package, there is nothing we can do when the tracking shows a delivery.

If I don’t receive my shipment on time, who is responsible?

This depends on the carrier, shipping method, and reason for delay. Most carriers will not reimburse shipping costs when there is a delay due to weather. Give your representative a call to determine a solution for your specific situation.

Do you offer international shipping?

We do! We offer FedEx Priority International for a flat rate of $50. This cost is waived on orders totaling $2500 or more. Please keep in mind that certain countries have policies against shipping batteries. Please call us to determine if we can ship batteries to your country.

I received part of my shipment, but the batteries are missing. What gives?

Due to federal regulations, batteries cannot be shipped via overnight or USPS. All batteries are shipped via FedEx Ground to avoid costly penalties and potentially dangerous transit.

Will my FedEx Ground package arrive on a Saturday?

Depends. FedEx Ground will only deliver to residential addresses on Saturdays. If you want to receive a Saturday FedEx Ground shipment, you MUST alert your representative of the order number so that we can create the proper label. Mobile Defenders is NOT responsible for reimbursing your shipping costs if you do not follow this procedure.

If I am within driving distance of one of your locations, am I able to pick up my order at Mobile Defenders?

Absolutely! Please allow at least one hour processing time for your order, but we would love to meet you!
