If I have a return to make, can I still do that through my Mobile Defenders account?
Beginning Dec. 1st, all returns of Mobile Defenders product should be made on mobilesentrix.com. Already have an account? Log in and create an RMA, choosing a product similar to the Mobile Defenders product you're returning. Never ordered from MobileSentrix? Simply create an account by clicking here. Need help? What will happen to the internal credit on my Mobile Defenders account?
All of your internal credit will be transferred to your MobileSentrix account upon request. It will also still be available once the Mobile Defenders website reopens.

Will I be able to access my order history while the e-commerce platform is paused?
Yes, but we highly recommend downloading it as well. You can retrieve this information by logging into your account, clicking on My Orders, then View Order, and lastly Print Order. If you'd prefer, change the Destination to Save As PDF. Alternatively, you can reach out by calling (616) 551-2286 or emailing [email protected].
