In this instance, please contact the shipping carrier to file a lost package claim. As the sender of the package, there is nothing we can do when the tracking shows a delivery.

We do! We offer FedEx Priority International for a flat rate of $50. This cost is waived on orders totaling $2500 or more. Please keep in mind that certain countries have policies against shipping batteries. Please call us to determine if we can ship batteries to your country.

Yes, you can! We now offer the option to ship your batteries with your FedEx Overnight or 2-Day order (without a split shipment) for an added fee of $5. This fee covers the dangerous goods surcharge that FedEx adds to all dangerous goods air shipments. This fee is not added to any FedEx Ground shipments, as Ground shipments don't travel by plane.
